Episode 393: Same destination, same route, and yet…

Different opinions, approaches, priorities, and expectations are exactly that: different. None is necessarily wrong.  If a group starts out in agreement on the destination and the route, many small decisions remain. When a group finds itself dealing with those many decisions along the way, their decision-making process will likely determine their success or failure.
